Customer Support Representative
You report to the Team Leader and ensure a link with customers.
You are responsible for responding and replying to customer requests
received either by fax, mail or e-mail. You will also interact with
clients by chatting and co-browsing. In short, you are responsible
for replying to requests from e-commerce clients in accordance with
established objectives and procedures.
Outbound
contact Customer Support Representative
You report to the Team Leader and ensure a close link with target
clientele. You will focus on telephone sales and must, during client
projects, ensure the complete satisfaction of the partner-client
once activities are underway.
Inbound
contact Customer Support Representative
You report to the Team Leader and ensure a close link with target
clientele. You must respond to customer calls by providing the highest
quality of customer service. You must also, whenever possible, take
the opportunity to promote and sell the products and services available.

Project
Manager
You report to the General Manager Operations and you are responsible
for the planning, co-ordination, implementation, smooth running
and success of projects under his responsibility. You are the contact
person for the partner-client. You confirm the client's objectives
and requirements during the start-up of the project and continuously
monitor its progress. You are responsible for establishing the work
team and resources needed to launch and carry through the project
to completion. You must manage the budget and deadline of projects
under his responsibility.

Team
leader
You report to the General Manager Operations and manage a team of
Customer Support Representatives. You oversee the fulfillment of
the objectives of each project (quantitative and qualitative) by
motivating and mobilizing the team and guiding the Customer Support
Representatives, while ensuring the application of the standards
and procedures in effect.

Workforce
management Specialist
You report to the General Manager Operations and you are responsible
for all client contact, staff planning and producing all Customer
Support Representative work schedules, using state-of-the-art workforce
management software. Staff planning will be carried out in an efficient
manner that also maintains a balance between the needs of the company
and those of the employees.
Training
specialist
You report to the Director of Human Resources; you are responsible
for the training program for Customer Support Representatives and
staff members. You must ensure that training activities are efficient
and provide employees with the knowledge they need to be productive,
perform well and ensure top-quality customer relations and service.
